Are your Senators on this map?
Please join us in thanking Senator Michael Bennet (CO) and Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA) for becoming the newest Senate co-sponsors of the Caroline Pryce Walker Conquer Childhood Cancer Reauthorization Act!
Sens. Bennet and Feinstein join 10 of their Senate colleagues as champions of this bipartisan legislation, including original sponsors Sen. Jack Reed (RI) and Deb Fischer (NE).
Reauthorizing this legislation would:
- expand the research of childhood cancers;
- improve efforts to identify and track childhood cancer incidences; and
- identify opportunities to expand the development of therapies for children with cancer.
Not on the map? Take action today and ask them to join with their colleagues in support of this reauthorization.
P.S. There are now 22 co-sponsors for the House version of this legislation (H.R.2607), including just-added Reps. Carol Shea-Porter (NH-1) and Scott DesJarlais (TN-4). Make sure your Representative is one of them: fill out our House alert, too!
