Today, August 9th, is Book Lover's Day. The next book on my list is definitely Josh Sundquist's autobiographical book, "Just Don't Fall: A Hilariously True Story of Childhood, Cancer, Amputation, Romantic Yearning, Truth and Olympic Greatness."
And with a title like that, who can resist?
Josh was diagnosed at age 9 with Ewing's Sarcoma (bone cancer) and his left leg eventually had to be amputated. At 13 he was cancer-free and since then has accomplished many things. He is now a paralympic skier, motivational speaker, author, and an inspirational guy. Check out this praise for his book:
"Cancer could take many things from Josh Sundquist but it could not take his great wit, endurance, strength, or faith. His story made me laugh out loud and cry at the most unexpected moments." ~ New York Times Best Seller Donna VanLiere
