A partner at an international law firm, Lynn has a
diverse practice that encompasses a broad range of issues and areas,
including intellectual property, media and entertainment related matters.
William E. Gannon, Jr., MD
As a former clinical researcher in the pharmaceutical industry for more
than 15 years, Bill lends his insight and expertise to CCCA on drug
development and other issues related to childhood cancer.
Elizabeth Goss

A partner at a national law firm, Elizabeth is an expert in health
care, cancer policy, and cancer patient advocacy. Elizabeth brings
years of legislative and regulatory experience on Capitol Hill.
Maureen Lilly
National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
Maureen lost her daughter, Becca, after a courageous struggle with a
brain tumor. Her fight was documented in a series of extraordinary
stories in the Washington Post. Maureen's many volunteer efforts for a
number of childhood cancer causes is a statement about her deep
commitment to helping others.
Joseph Musker, MPP
With over 12 years of health policy
experience, including two years in the U.S. Senate, Joe is an expert in
health insurance issues, health reform, and challenges facing the
uninsured. Joe has several friends that are cancer survivors.
John Mussman
Holland & Knight LLP
Sparked by family experience with childhood cancer, John's wisdom as
pro bono counsel and advisor has been sought by several national cancer
groups. He is a partner in a large, multi-city law firm with a diverse
practice.
Jennifer Niedermeyer
After her nephew was diagnosed with cancer, Jennifer has since been a
committed and active pediatric cancer advocate. She was formerly
Director of Development at a national non-profit organization dedicated
to providing information and support to brain tumor patients, families
and healthcare professionals.
Margot O'Leary
Margot brings to CCCA over ten years experience helping non-profit
organizations achieve their programmatic and fundraising goals. As a
childhood cancer survivor, she is a dedicated pediatric cancer advocate.
Leonard Rosen
Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz
Leonard has a distinguished career as an attorney and founding partner
of one of New York City's most respected law firms. Since his family
was touched by cancer, including childhood cancer, he has become deeply
involved in cancer patient advocacy.
Susan Scherr
A Certified Public Accountant and former financial
analyst with HarperCollins Publishers, Susan is a stay-at-home mother of
four children. Susan's son was treated successfully for Acute Lymphoblastic
Leukemia in 2001.

Steve founded a forward-looking company to bring the benefits of
genomic technology directly to consumers. As a pioneer in breast cancer
patient advocacy, Steve brings the dual expertise of family experience
with childhood cancer and oncology drug discovery and development.

With an outstanding career in corporate and public management and
finance, Howard has a long history of volunteer board service for some
of New York City's most prominent nonprofit agencies. He brings fresh
insights to the work of pediatric cancer patient advocacy.
John Stewart, chair

John's 3-year-old granddaughter, Sylvie Stewart, died in 2000 of a
brain tumor after a valiant 18-month struggle. His 4 decades of
experience on Capitol Hill and in the Executive Branch is now focused
on advocacy on behalf of pediatric cancer research.
Susan L. Weiner
Children's Cause for Cancer Advocacy
Susan, whose child was a 13-year cancer survivor, is a founding member
of Children's Cause for Cancer Advocacy. Trained as a research
developmental psychologist, she worked as a childhood brain tumor and
children's disability advocate for many years.
